We were a family of six (3 adults and 3 children under 10 yrs old). We had such a lovely stay here. The location is 5 lazy minutes to Landa Beach (soft white sand, perfectly clear water, clean sunbeds, not too noisy). We loved the apartment as is was really big and the cleaning was done every single day. Indeed, the furniture is as in the pictures, "vintage" but clean. The pools were also clean and not too deep (1.45 m the adults one and 0.40 the kids one ), enough sunbeds around the pool for everyone. The food was so tasty. Not 10000 tasteless dishes, but around 20 each one of them with full flavor. Fresh fruits at every meal, veggies, salads, all types of meat, and a kids small corner. We loved our stay here. We are actually looking to book the same for next year.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Just across the street is beautiful beach. The pool area is amazing both for kids and adults. Our room was 2 steps from the sunbeds and pool area. We had our little patio and the room size iz great for the family of 4. The food is tasty and everyone can find something nice for themselves. The restaurant is outside next to the pool area which is very nice. Our toungest daughter got fever and women at the reception offered us help and wanted to call a doctor for us which was very nice of her. It was a nice experience staying at this hotel. Great value for money.

We stayed at Tsokkos Paradise Holiday Village four nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was large with a very comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked well, and the food was tasty with a good variety. The staff were always kind and helpful, and the location is excellent — close to three beautiful beaches.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 15 minutes walking from nissi beach and in front of Landa beach. But from the center it’s far, to be honest we did not want to be close to center cause it’s chaotic and noisy. Pool is great, food is delicious and stuff is so nice. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Landa Beach. We stayed on a half board basis, and the food selection for breakfast and dinner was excellent — plenty of fresh ingredients, fruits, and vegetables. The prices of drinks during dinner were very reasonable. The apartment was spacious; the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, but the rest of the furniture was in good condition. Excellent accommodation for a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again

Nice and comfortable hotel. Excellent and varied food on the HB (half board). Rooms cleaned every day, towels changed every day, staff friendly and helpful. Clean pool with plenty of sun loungers. Excellent location of the hotel, 5 minutes walk from Landa beach and 20 minutes from Nissi beach. Everything was really good!

The pool area, the kids' club, and the playground were fantastic. The beach opposite the hotel is great. The kids never get bored. I booked hb, and I had the option to change dinner with lunch. That was great for our family bc the kids wanted walks in the city by the night

We loved the pool, the beautiful garden and the view from our room. The location was perfect for us as it is not in the middle of Ayia Napa. The hotel is located in a quiet and relaxing place. Very near to the beautiful Landa beach, also near the bus station and to the supermarkets. The room was clean, the towels and bedsheets were changed regularly. The food was tasty and we could always find something we liked to eat.

Rooms that are bellow are the great, you can go to pool directly from your room. Food is great, we are vegetarians and there was options for everyone. The staff was the best we ever met. They are all so kind snd patient. We would definitely go back to this place.

Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Good location with beach just across the street. Walking distance to the most famous Nissi beach. Bus stop near by.
